DuoRep Terms of Service

1. These terms

These terms are the agreement between you and Jovan Jovanoski, Gjuro Salaj 61/2, Skopje, North Macedonia, covering your use of DuoRep. By creating an account you accept them.

How DuoRep handles your personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy, linked at the end of this document. Your explicit consent to health data processing is asked for on its own screen during onboarding and is not given by accepting these terms. The English version of these terms is the authoritative version.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old to use DuoRep. Onboarding asks your age and cannot be completed below that threshold.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we delete the account and all data associated with it.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure. You are also responsible for the accuracy of the training and body data you enter, because DuoRep calculates your programme and your daily targets from it.

You can delete your account at any time from Me, then Data & privacy, then Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use DuoRep for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaches anyone else's rights;
• attempt to reach another user's data, or to bypass the app's access controls;
• submit content to the shared exercise or meal catalogue that is offensive, misleading, or infringes someone's copyright;
• interfere with the service, overload it, or automate access to it in a way that degrades it for other people.

5. Medical disclaimer

DuoRep is not a medical service; consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness programme.

DuoRep provides general fitness and nutrition information only. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. Its calorie and macronutrient figures are estimates produced by standard formulas, and its injury warnings are reminders based on what you told it, not clinical advice. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

6. Limitation of liability

DuoRep is provided as it is, with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Jovan Jovanoski is not liable for injury, illness, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or from decisions you take on the basis of what it shows you.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Availability and changes to the service

DuoRep is in beta. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Export your data if you want a copy that you control.

We may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date means that you accept them. If you do not accept them, delete your account.

8. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the law of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

9. Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, write to support@duorep.app first. Most issues are resolved that way, and we will reply within 30 days.

A dispute that cannot be resolved that way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of North Macedonia, except where mandatory consumer law entitles you to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence. A data protection complaint can also be taken to the Agency for Personal Data Protection (DZLP) at https://dzlp.mk/ without going to court.
